The organizational structure of
VICGROUP

VicGroup’s organizational structure is arranged according to the strategic model set out by the Board of Directors with the motto  “Knowledge – Creativity – Efficiency”. VicGroup focuses on specialization and close coordination between functional centers and and supporting departments.

The Company’s organizational and management structure is as follow:

General Meeting Of Shareholder (GMS)

The GMS consists of all voting shareholders and is the highest decision-making body of the VicGroup.

Board Of Management (BOM)

As the management body of VicGroup, it has full authority on behalf of VicGroup to decide on all issues related to the purposes and interests of the Company, except for matters under the authority of the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Supervisory Board:

The Supervisory Board shall check the rationality and legality in management and administration of operating activities, in the accounting books and financial statements.

It shall regularly notify the Board of Directors of the operating performanc, consult the Board of Directors before submitting reports, conclusions and recommendations to the General Meeting of Shareholders.

Board Of Directors (BOD)

The Board of Directors consists of 3 members, including: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Executive Officer shall head the Board of Directors of the Company and runs the daily business of the Company; be supervised and responsible to the BOM and to the law for the performance of the assigned rights and duties. The Chief Technology Officer and the Chief Financial Officer shall administer the affiliated departments under the supervision of the Chief Executive Officer.

DEPARTMENT OF CONSTRUCTION TECHNOLOGY DESIGN – APPLICATION

+ Conduct design consultancy and construction supervision;

+ Exploit and effectively use materials and machines, coordinate and procure equipment and materials for educational development activities of VicGroup;

+ Plan, organize, and execute investment and business plans and projects; monitor VicGroup’s work progress

COMMUNICATION DEPARTMENT

+ Support the communication system of the Schools. Ensure the consistency between the educational value system, goals, mission, vision of the schools and educational institutions of the system with the quality and vision criteria of the system. 

+ Develop standards of values and images in line with the Company’s development strategy.

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT

+ Invest, manage and develop member schools (Kindergarten, Primary School, Secondary School and High School);

+ Develop curriculum of Kindergarten Education, General Education (Primary, Secondary and High School) and Skills Education. 

+ Coordinate with the Curriculum Research and Development of the member schools  to develop the School Curriculum and control the implementation of the Education Curriculum and Project.

DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMERS AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

+ Analyze and forecast issues related to customer service quality assurance.

+ Implement and propose to build educational projects to create a comprehensive and sustainable education ecosystem. 

+ Develop cooperation to build educational Programs and Projects with domestic and international partners.

DEPARTMENT OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION & TRAINING

Undergo import and training of English programs, overseas study counseling and alliance with foreign partners.

DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT
  • + Develop high-quality educational human resources to ensure the sustainability of educational institutions in the  system. 

    + Support administrative – human resources departments at schools and educational institutions to effectively employ human resources at appropriate positions.

    + Carry out recruitment, training cooperation and assessment of educational human resources.

PLANNING AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT (PFD)

+ Consists of divisions: Planning, Finance, Accounting and Tax. 

+ Act as an advisory body for leaders in the financial and accounting management of  VicGroup, the Planning and Finance Department is responsible for ensuring compliance with the law and business goals, building a financial plan, synthesizing business and development investment plans in accordance with the development strategy of VicGroup in each period. .

+ Assist the Board of Directors with financial and accounting work. Supervise the finance – accounting work of the member entities and affiliated entities. 

+ Advise the Chief Executive Officer against short-term and long-term financial strategic; planning short-term and long-term production and business strategic planning; summarizing and evaluating the results of production and business activities.
